30 November 2009, London: Forty people attended a fundraising dinner at fine dining eatery Kazan in Victoria on Sunday 29 November, helping to raise £600 for the group. Dignitaries included TRNC Transport Minister Hasan Tacoy, the TRNC London Representative Kemal Koprulu, Colin Bell, Chair of the Communication Workers Union’s National Race Advisory Committee, BBC News Reporter Alex Ritson, and Turhan Ozen, Head of Liberal Democrat Friends of Turkey Group. Seated in the cosy Harem Room, the guests indulged in an Ottoman feast and lively discussions about the Cyprus Problem
